A tasty pasta recipe for you to try…

This is a kind of throw-it-together meal that I tried for the first time last night, and I really enjoyed it, so I thought I’d share the recipe with you today!

Ingredients: Chorizo, salami, 1 red onion, paprika, 1 x tin of chopped tomatoes, garlic paste, tomato puree, basil and any kind of pasta you fancy!

I slowly sautéed the chopped chorizo and salami before adding the diced red onion, a tsp of garlic paste, 1 tbsp tomato puree and a sprinkling of paprika. After a couple more minutes of frying this off I added the tinned tomatoes, a few fresh chopped tomatoes and the basil and left it to simmer and thicken while the spaghetti cooked.
