The pastry only has three ingredients, and you could even use ready-made pastry if you prefer – then it’s just a case of filling your pastry with delicious pizza flavours! Ingredients for a rough puff pastry: 225g plain flour, 150g margarine, pinch of salt, cold water to mix.
