3 ideas for a Halloween night in

Halloween has turned into one of the biggest nights of the year in many people’s social calendars. Bars and restaurants run Halloween-themed events and parties and it’s a great excuse to get dressed up in your weirdest and wildest fancy dress and hit the town. However, if going out doesn’t appeal, there are plenty of other ways to have fun at Halloween. Have a bowl of sweets at the ready for any trick or treat callers, and then settle down to a spooky night in with the girls.

Murder Mystery Night
Playing a game of murder mystery is a great option for a bigger group of people, but you have to be willing to prepare ahead. But don’t worry, you don’t have to be too imaginative – buy or download a murder mystery kit, choose a theme and tell each of your friends the role they’re going to play. Just follow the instructions in the kit and the evening should go off without a hitch. Then see which of your friends makes the best Miss Marple amongst you all!halloween-nail-art-manicure-tutorial-using-permanent-pens-white-and-black

Scary movies and snacks
Every year there are new horror releases for Halloween, and this year is no exception. But with a vast choice of horror flicks at home via services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, why not host your very own movie fright night with some super scary snacks to munch on? Take some inspiration from these recipes to design your own plates of terror. If you’ve got enough room for people to stay over, you can mix up some Halloween cocktails too, which will probably make those horror movies even more alarming viewing! However you choose to get your frights and thrills this Halloween, have fun and make sure you don’t scare yourself silly!
