Ever wanted your home to look like Buddy the Elf has decorated it for Santa’s arrival? Here’s 14 low-cost and easy DIY projects to help you spread Christmas cheer throughout your rooms (using things you already have) in time for the big day…

I’ve written a ‘DIY The Room’ blog post on CutOutAndKeep.net to show you exactly how you can recreate the decorations in Buddy the Elf’s New York apartment. It’s full of DIY projects to make your decorations to turn your home into a winter wonderland over night.

The best part is that you’ll already have most of the materials needed in your home, and some of the projects are crafted from waste items like cardboard inners from loo rolls, scraps of paper or missing jigsaw pieces. Other things you’ll be able to find in your home office, like rulers, scissors and old books – all of which can be easily turned into decorations.

Hop onto my ‘DIY The Room’ Buddy’s Apartment blog post on CutOutAndKeep to see the step by step guides to make all of these wonderful, low-cost decorations. If you start now, your home will be ready for Santa’s visit on the 25th!
