Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve sat at my laptop on a Tuesday morning and written a shoesday blog post. In fact, come to think of it, it’s been a while since I bought any shoes… That’s probably the main reason! Anyway, I’ve been shopping in the new year sales and have picked up a couple of pairs of trainers and I need your help to decide which pair I should keep. Pink or silver?Although both pairs are pretty and sparkly and fit nicely, I only really need one pair of trainers. And, in all honesty, I wasn’t planning to buy any shoes at all this year. But I got that ‘final reductions 70% off email from ASOS and I accidentally added 4 pairs of trainers to my basket. So these two styles have already made the cut and I just need a helping hand to halve the shortlist. As I always search by price low – high, I saw a lot of other sale bargains on ASOS while I was browsing. And I really couldn’t keep these to myself. When prices are so low, I feel like I’ve got to share them with you. What kind of thrifty blog would I be if I didn’t show you where to buy £5 shoes, eh? So here’s just a few of my top picks from the ASOS sale.
ASOS Josie Gold Espadrilles £4.50 and ASOS Jacklyn Espadrilles £4.50
ASOS Lost Striped Pointed Ballet Flats £6.00 and ASOS Lacey Sparkly Ballet Flats £4.50
ASOS Lost Metallic Pointed Ballet Flats £6.00 and New Look Metallic Slingbacks £5.50
London Rebel Mid-Heel Shoe £7.50 and Pull&Bear Metallic Block Heel £6.00
By the way, the two pairs that I’m deciding between are both New Look trainers and are both £10 so there’s not much in it. Please help and let me know what you think? Also, this blog post isn’t sponsored by ASOS but I’ve used some affiliate links that mean I might get a tiny bit of money off my trainers if anyone uses them, so fingers crossed that you find something you like in the ASOS sale too!
