Today I wanted to share with you some photos of a couple of buildings that I spotted on a recent trip to the coast. There was nothing particularly interesting about these buildings from the front, but when viewed from the side, it was a very different matter! I love how these buildings have been painted with fun designs – from the delicately coloured bottles on the side of the pharmacy wall, to the bold lighthouse design on the side of a high street building.
These walls have really been brought alive by these designs and have become photo-worthy thanks to a splash of paint. The buildings are located in the seaside town of Aldeburgh and now that I’ve seen them, I’m going to stay on the look out for more painted buildings and keep looking at the tops and sides of buildings in future, just in case they have a little design surprise in store!
