As many of you know, I’m collecting together a few pieces of furniture, amazing art and lovely soft furnishings to create a retro-inspired, if a little garish, living room interior design project. If you’ve not yet seen my mood-board here it is again:
And how’s this for a pretty similar sideboard to the G-Plan one above? This is my newest addition to the retro scheme and it was bought from a local seller who had listed it on Ebay. Luckily enough they only wanted a small amount of cash for it (only 30 quid!) and having sold our previous dark wood sideboard on Ebay previously, we had the cash sitting there ready. It really was all fingers-crossed as the auction ended and we bought this lovely G-Plan-esque sideboard for a little less than we’d sold our old sideboard for, so really it was a like-for-like swap! My husband went to pick it up for me straight away and after a little polishing up with scratch remover it looked as good as new. And fitted the space we had in the living room perfectly! So another happy purchase for my retro room… on to the next thing!

I love your mood board, really fun. It’s great to have a clear idea of the finished look from the beginning.
