The cutest Halloween accessories for softies

Today I’ve put together a little round of all the cutest Halloween accessories I’ve seen this year. I’m not someone who likes to get dressed up for Halloween in horrifying outfits or cover myself in faux blood – it scares me too much, to be honest with you! I figured that there might be more of us softies out there who are happy to join in with the fun of Halloween but in a slightly more cuter way, hence today’s blog post…

Isn’t this just the cutest little resin ghost you’ve ever seen? Sure, it’s on a key-ring right now to spookify your car keys, but you could easily turn this into a necklace charm! I’d be quite happy wearing scary jewellery this Halloween if it looked as sweet as this. In fact, it reminds me of the Pacman ghosts so it might even be adorable enough for wearing all-year-round! I’m okay with witches cauldrons, as long as they’re soft, stitched and made from felt. That’s exactly what this happy little cauldron brooch is! I love handmade accessories anyway, and this one has been stitched together right here in the UK. The felt is made from 100& recycled plastic bottles – maybe that’s why the bubbling potion is green? It’s lightly padded and can be used as a brooch or a hairclip – bonus!Next up are these little skeleton bone hair clips. Well, a girl’s got to get that hair off her face somehow, hasn’t she? And during October it might as well be with a couple of miniature bones on crocodile clips. They’re actually quite a kawaii style accessory, so could become part of your hair accessory box during the rest of the year if you’re feeling particularly cute.

Now I don’t mind joining in the Halloween fun if it’s also going to stop my hands from burning! This sweet cup sleeve with applique pumpkin does just that; it keeps your coffee warm and protects your hands, so carry it with you to slip over coffee-shop purchases. And you could use it on your reusable travel cup and save money by taking your own cuppa on the commute, too. At least the pumpkin is smiling – I much prefer a smile to spiky gnashing teeth!

What do you think of these Halloween accessories? Too cute, or still far too scary? If so, you’re even more of a softie than I am 😉 Let me know what you like to do to get into the spirit (excuse the pun) of Halloween by leaving me a comment below.
